With a budget of $500, the goal of this project was to redesign a 20-year-old Kenyan house into a living space that seamlessly blends modernity with the essence of Kenyan culture. Traditional patterns and vibrant colors adorned the interiors, echoing the rich cultural tapestry of Kenya. The transformed house now stands as a testament to resourcefulness, embodying a unique fusion of Kenyan heritage and contemporary aesthetics, proving that even on a tight budget, cultural preservation and modern design can
coalesce beautifully.
