Project Brief

This project involves an imaginative scenario of the renovation and conversion of an old industrial warehouse building located in an up-and-coming art district in an urban area. The building developer is working with a potential tenant who wants to fulfill their dream of opening a retail space. For the tenant to receive funding for their new venture, they must present their concept to potential investors and impress them. Without the buy-in from the investors, the project will not be possible.

In the context of a body shop, scents play a crucial role in shaping the overall customer experience. The name “Such & Scents” suggests a commitment not only to exceptional bodywork but also to an immersive experience that engages the senses.

Greens and neutral tones create a calming backdrop that enhances the visibility of the automotive services offered while fostering a sense of trust and reliability. This color scheme, inspired by nature, aligns with the biophilic design principles, promoting a seamless integration of the interior space with the outside world.
